Our St. Laurence High School facility is only open to St. Laurence athletes and faculty. We train over 250 different STL athletes each school year.  The 2,500-square foot Charles Grunhard Fitness Center was made possible by Tim Grunhard, class of ’86 and former Pro-Bowl center of the Kansas City Chiefs. The fitness center is equipped with weights, power racks, plyometric equipment, and speed and agility equipment that can accommodate up to 65 athletes at a time.
