Our evaluation process is a comprehensive three-step approach designed to gain a deep understanding of each athlete:

- Health History: We gather vital medical information to ensure a safe and effective training program.
- Needs Analysis: We delve into each athlete's unique background, both on and off the field, to identify specific needs and goals. We consider their prior experiences with strength and conditioning.
- Movement and Sport Testing: This phase involves two critical components:
- Movement Testing: We employ a battery of tests to assess an athlete's stability, balance, core strength, posture, mobility, flexibility, power, and strength.
- Sport-Specific Testing: We tailor assessments to the athlete's sport, such as pro agility for baseball players or vertical jump and broad jump for volleyball players
