Sports Performance/Small Group Classes: (45 -60 minutes long)
Small group training involves an in-depth evaluation of each athlete. These evaluations are the cornerstone of the program design that your son, daughter. Groups of 2-6 athletes are considered small groups which allows the coach to have enough time with each athlete. This ratio also allows for proper coaching for all participants. The class will incorporate speed, agility, strength, and jump training to optimize your success on the field of play.
One on one session: (45-60 minutes long)
Programs personally designed by an in-depth evaluation to determine your strengths and weaknesses as an athlete or non - athlete. The main difference between one on one training and other packages is there is no attention to anyone us but you, the client. This is best for those coming off an injury or looking for specific areas to improve on.
Adult Training: (45 -60 minutes long)
Designed for the working adult in mind, based on the client's initial evaluation, a strength and conditioning program will be created for you based on your goals. This can either be a one on one or a small group (2-4) of clients which allow for a personal training feeling while working with like-minded people working on attaining goals.
Post Rehabilitation: (30-45 minutes long)
These sessions are designed for those coming off of an injury. With proper communication to medical staff, proper assessments, and the client to coach communication, a plan of action will take place to help you attain your goals of return to play or work. These programs are individualized to help bring you back from injury while also helping prevent another one.
Team Training: (45-60 minutes long)
Team training involves an in-depth evaluation. Upon this evaluation, a video will be created with data about the evaluation. Teams of up to 25 will be allowed. This setting involves individual programming in a team setting, meaning that the goals of each individual is taken into account and will be programmed as such. This structure is also very beneficial for team building, culture development, and consistency for the team to get better overall.
Massage Therapy/Recovery: (45 minutes long)
A Massage Therapy Recovery Session will consist of a movement assessment to locate the athlete's problem. Our team will then use a series of techniques to try and fix the problem. These techniques are deep tissue massage, cupping, kinescope, floss bands, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
